Qtica Intense Total Hydrating Therapy

Qtica is made by Art of Beauty, the same company of Zoya.  :,)

This is an awesome cream.  I can't tell you how many times I've reached for this cream when my hands are dry.  In the winter my hands start to get chapped from the cold and working where I am constantly washing them.  When I apply this, it instantly adds moisture back into my poor skin, takes away the pain, and makes my skin feel healthy again.

The texture of your moisturized skin after it dries is soft, smooth, pliable, and powdery.  Smooth, but not slick.  Very non-greasy.  The smell is unique.  Not overwhelming.  Smells slightly medicinal/herbal. Very light.

From the website:

What is Qtica Intense Total Hydrating Therapy Lotion

Qtica Intense Total Hydrating Therapy Lotion is an unscented, advanced therapy lotion for hands, feet and body that locks in moisture for up to 8 hours and helps to keep skin looking smooth and healthy.
Qtica Intense Total Hydrating Therapy Lotion is gentle, non-greasy formula uses a miraculous hyaluronic acid (HA) panthanol and colagen combination to impart and lock in moisture to the dermal layer of skin...and it keeps it there for almost 8 hours. Vitamins A, B, and E help to soothe skin and keep it looking fresh and healthy.

Zoya Reagan 614

Watch in HD!

From zoya.com: deep, cool fuchsia pink with subtle blue undertone and an opaque cream finish. Reagan packs a lot of color without being excessively bright and is soft but not overly muted.

On my ring finger I applied Zoya Sparkle Gloss top coat. It is a clear base with little tiny shimmeries in it. So pretty!

I love this shade. I think it packs a punch for Summer! This has awesome color saturation. :,)

WTDW. Pics fail.

I took pics of polish swatches of the lovely new Zoya colors.  Either the pinks looked red, the pinks looked lavender, or the purples showed non-existant blue flecks.  Really not happy with the pics at all.  I feel I should stick to the HD vids.  They show everything as is.  I'm sorry.  :,(  I'm going to have to take vids soon.  Right now I'm exhausted.  And my teeth ache.  (went to the dentist for the first time in 10 years today.  When they mention gum probing...yeah.  It's not fun.)

Stay tuned...

Blistex Deep Renewel

During the winter my lips can get very dry.  I often hunt for the perfect lip balm I can grab and quickly apply.  Enter Blistex Deep Renewel with CoQ10 and spf 15.  I love this stuff!  It glides on like butter, goes on completely clear, natural shine, and smells ever-so-slightly of spearmint. I took my Lakme kajal, drew a circle on my dry hand, and applied the Blistex in the circle.  You can see the difference below.  Click the pics for a closer looksy!  :,)  http://www.blistex.com/products/deep-renewal

Lakme Kajal, my fave!

I know I usually do polish, since this is a polish blog.  But once in a while I'm going to review miscellaneous products I use.  Why not?

Have you heard of Lakme kajal?  The brand, Lakme, is pronounced lawk-may.  (lawk like hawk).  It's a very big brand in India.  They have many products that I've only seen online, but would love to try.

I love this kajal.  I've used it for a very long time.  I use it on my waterline in the morning, followed by my mascara.  Now, it does migrate from the outer corner to my lashline, but you can easily reapply if this bothers you.  It doesn't me, because my eye still looks defined even when it has migrated.

I applied this to my dry hand.  It glides on very smoothly.  In the pictures with the cross, I had sprayed my hand with water and then drew the cross.  I did this to show you the ability to transfer on wet surfaces...i.e waterlines.  It does have camphor in the formulation, which is cooling.  If you have super sensitive eyes, you may want to avoid it.  I personally like the feel.  It smells really nice too.  As far as helping your lashes grow, I can't comment on that per se.  But I will say my lashes certainly don't lack. :,)
